On your call, Dr. Abrahamian will help you build a custom recovery plan.
Your body, sport, and work demands are unique. By what you ask of your body, we design a plan that takes you from pain to long lasting high-level performance.
Whether you are building a company, running a team, or chasing a personal best, your body is your most important asset. We help you protect it so you can keep doing what you love at a high level.
For founders and leaders whose days swing between laptops, flights, and training sessions. We address neck, back, and shoulder issues while building resilience for high-output lifestyles.
For athletes, powerlifters, and weekend warriors managing shoulder, hip, or low back irritation. We look at how you move under load and help you train without slowing down.
For runners, cyclists, racket-sport, and field athletes managing overuse, tendinopathies, and recurring strains. We respect your training calendar and build around key races and competitions.
Our goal is simple: fewer flare-ups, more confident movement, and the freedom to keep pursuing demanding goals in sport, business, and life.
“Within a few weeks, the back pain that used to end my training days early was manageable and eventually gone. Harout made me a clear plan staying ahead of it while running my company and training five days a week.”
Tech founder, recreational lifter
“Instead of being told to stop running, we adjusted my training, treated the cause, and built strength around it. I set a PR three months later without the knee pain that brought me in.”
Half-marathon runner
“Harout is the first provider who actually watched how I move on the field and in the gym. My shoulder feels more stable than it has in years, and I have clear progressions to follow.”
Recreational overhead athlete

In this 15-minute visit call, we will review your current symptoms, training or work demands, injury history, and goals. If we are a good fit, we will outline a clear plan for your first phase of care.
If you do not see your question here, include it in your consultation request and we will address it directly.
The consultation is a focused conversation—either in person or virtual—where we review your current symptoms, activity levels, work and training demands, and your goals. We will explain how our approach may help, outline what care could look like, and answer your questions. There is no treatment during this visit, and there is no obligation to move forward.
In most cases, no. Our goal is to keep you as active as safely possible. We will look at your current training plan, identify movements that may need to be modified temporarily, and provide alternatives. When rest is necessary, we will explain why and for how long, and we will give you a clear plan to return to full training.
Sports chiropractic places a heavier emphasis on movement assessment, strength and conditioning principles, and return-to-play decision-making. While joint adjustments may be part of care, we also incorporate soft tissue work, mobility, stability, and loading strategies tailored to your sport and daily demands.
That depends on the nature and duration of your issue, your training and work schedule, and your goals. After your initial evaluation, we will recommend a plan that includes an expected timeframe and milestones. Our intent is always to provide the minimum effective dose of care while setting you up with tools to maintain your progress.
Yes. With your permission, we are happy to collaborate with your primary care provider, surgeon, physical therapist, or coach to keep everyone aligned. Coordinated care tends to produce better outcomes, especially for higher-level athletes or more complex cases.
